When you first open the app, you'll be guided through a short onboarding process. Select your buyer type (Veteran, First-Time Buyer, Senior 55+, or Relocating), then enter your name and preferences. Your profile personalizes every part of the app experience.

The AI Advisor is your on-demand resource for new construction questions — builder contracts, upgrade decisions, VA loan eligibility, timeline questions, and more. Tap the Advisor tab and type your question. It responds instantly and keeps the context of your conversation.

Go to the Communities tab and browse Arizona new construction communities. You can filter by buyer type, price range, and location. Tap any community to see details, photos, and available homes.

Yes. Go to the Profile tab to update your information, preferences, and buyer type at any time.

To request account deletion and removal of your data, email phillip.a.williams@exprealty.com with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will process your request within 5 business days.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall it from the App Store. If you're still having trouble, contact us at (623) 292-3737 or by email and we'll resolve it quickly.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" to reset via your email address. If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
