Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account and use the App:

• Name and email address
• Buyer type (Veteran, First-Time Buyer, Senior 55+, or Relocating)
• Home preferences such as location, price range, and community interests
• Military base affiliation, if applicable and provided voluntarily
• Messages and questions submitted through the AI Advisor chat

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including device type, operating system version, and app usage data, to help us improve the App's performance.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to provide and improve the NewBuild Connect experience:

• To personalize your home search and buyer journey within the App
• To connect you with Phillip Williams for real estate guidance
• To generate AI Advisor responses tailored to your buyer profile
• To send you relevant updates about communities and your journey milestones
• To improve App features and fix technical issues

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — Secure cloud database and authentication. Your account data and preferences are stored on Supabase servers. See supabase.com/privacy
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — Powers the AI Advisor. Questions you submit are processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses. See anthropic.com/privacy
• Apple App Store — Subject to Apple's standard app distribution privacy practices

We share only the minimum information necessary with these services. We do not share your data with real estate builders, advertisers, or marketing companies.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your account is protected by password authentication and encrypted data storage through Supabase.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have concerns about the security of your data, please contact us immediately.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 5 business days, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

NewBuild Connect is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App.
